We have changed to an extended monthly menu to strengthen the development and training of our first year hospitality students, to encourage a stronger understanding of local and seasonal ingredients, restaurant operation skills, food and wine matching and to continue to offer our customers a high standard of service.

With an increase in new world wines and the ABV's also increasing our wine list shows excellent examples of the lighter side of wine as well as something a little bigger ranging from 11.5% ABV to 17.5% ABV.
