Brookes Restaurant Industry Training

The Restaurant, as part of the Oxford School of Hospitality Management at Brookes, has an established track record of delivering outstanding education in the hospitality sector, including practical industry training.

We offer a range of accredited and bespoke hospitality training courses, delivered by professionally-licensed trainers from the Restaurant Team, or through co opted trainers, who understand the hospitality sector and the local business environment.

Our training courses engage, support and develop your team members, focusing on their work role, their knowledge and their transferable skills.
